On behalf of Arkansas Rising Soccer Club we invite your team to attend the 31st Capital City Cup.
All tournament games will be held at the Burns Park Soccer Complex in North Little Rock. Being centrally located in Arkansas, Burns Park is 5 hours from Dallas, 2 hours from Memphis, and 2-3 hours from Oklahoma.
Last year, we hosted over 180 teams during the span of two weekends. This competitive tournament is for ages U9 - U19, with teams from AR, OK, MO, TX, LA, and MS.
Teams will play games on Saturday and Sunday.
Tournament Registration
We will offer multiple levels in each age division.
2016 & 2015 Academy Bracket (7v7) - Entry fee is $500
2014 & 2013 Ages will play (9v9) - Entry fee is $650
2012 - 2007/06 Ages will play (11v11) - Entry fee is $700
Tournament software by TGS. All teams will be required to complete online registration which includes uploading of player cards and roster for the 2024-2025 season. All competitive US Club and US Youth teams are eligible to participate.

Arkansas Rising Soccer Club formerly known as Little Rock Futbol Club has been a 501c3 nonprofit youth organization serving our community since 1980. Our principal mission is the promotion of youth soccer. We strive to instill a love for the game in each of our players and to provide an atmosphere where each player may participate and progress according to his or her interest and ability. We take great pride in developing our players as athletes, students and responsible young men and women. Our players form life-long friendships with their club mates, acquire leadership, teamwork and sportsmanship skills that ultimately prepare them for life beyond soccer.
