We will be holding BOYS AND GIRLS tryouts on May 20, 21, and 22 for U11-U13 players
(2016, 2015, 2014, and 2013 birth years ONLY).
Tryouts are a three-day event. Times will either be at 5:30 or 7:00 pm.
We will be holding girls tryouts on May 27 & 28 plus June 3 for U14-U19 players
(2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, and 2007 birth years ONLY).

*New for 2025-2026 tryouts, there will be a $10 registration fee which will include a tryout t-shirt that will support the Arkansas Rising Player Scholarship Fund.

- Attend their respective tryout (by birth year)
Parents/Guardians should create an account in their name and add each child as a participant.

their tryout shirt and field assignment.
Check-in will open 30 minutes prior to each tryout session.

The Tryout Process
- Registration: All players wishing to attend tryouts must register online 24 hours before the first tryout session for player. Only registered participants will receive specific tryout communication. We encourage early registration!
- Tryouts: Competitive tryouts will be held for each age group at Burns Park Soccer Complex at 1 Soccer Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas, 72118. Please note specific field information will be emailed once the player is registered.
- Player Selection: Based on evaluations made during tryouts, coaches use a rating system to form teams within each age group. Teams are tiered and createdwith that in mind.
- Email: If your child is selected to a competitive team, you will receive an email from the club director within 10 days after your respective tryout. You will be asked to either accept or decline the spot on the team. Once all the selections have been made, our club will send out an "All Invites Sent" email. If you receive this email and you have not received an email invite offering your child a spot on a team, then unfortunately, your child was likely not selected. This email may take up to 4 days, depending on your age group. This email may be routed to your SPAM/JUNK folder. If after 4 days you do not see an email in your inbox/junk/spam folder, please email:
- Team Invite: If you received an email, you will receive an email through PlayMetrics with a Team Invite. The invite will be sent to the email address associated with the PlayMetrics account your family used to register for tryouts. Please click on the invite to formally accept your child’s spot on their competitive team. This process usually begins in 10 days after the player's age groups tryouts.
- Payment: Accepting your child’s spot on the team in PlayMetrics will enable you to make payment for your competitive fees and submit the required paperwork (medical waiver, birth certificate, headshot photo).
- Uniform: A link will be sent to all competitive families from Arkansas Rising to complete the uniform ordering process. This process usually begins in late June/early July once players have completed their online registration.
